Exchanges for a Different Size
Need a different size? The fastest way to get it is to place a new order online for the correct size right away. This ensures the item doesn't sell out. Then, follow the standard return instructions below to send your original item back to Sideline Culture Company for a refund.
The Details
- Return Window: Items must be postmarked and shipped back within 15 days from the date your order ships.
- Condition: Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may use the mail carrier of your choice to send the items back to Sideline Culture Company.
- Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Mail Your Return
- Securely pack your items and include your original packing slip or order number inside the package.
- Purchase a shipping label from your preferred carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and mail the package to: 928 Benton Street, Valley Park, MO 63088
- We highly recommend choosing a shipping service with tracking, as Sideline Culture Company is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
